Let’s sort it out: “Hotel Hell” comes to Oregon: The fiery Gordon Ramsay is known for putting would-be chefs through the wringer on such shows as “Hell’s Kitchen.” But last season, he launched yet another show, “Hotel Hell,” devoted to putting hapless innkeepers through the wringer.
